Exploring the Golden Gate Bridge

I painted this view of the Golden Gate Bridge as part of my World Art Gallery collection. It's an structure that stands out with its reddish-brown frame, set against a sky filled with soft blues, oranges, and yellows. The bridge stretches confidently in the centre, with the horizon adding depth to the scene.

In this piece, I focused on the architectural lines of the bridge and the dynamic sky. My intention was to capture the scale and atmosphere of the surrounding landscape without making it a photographic representation. Instead, I used expressive brushwork and layers of colour to convey the feeling and character of the place. It's always a pleasure to bring my style to such well-known landmarks, blending realism with impressionistic touches.
