Thé Oolong Dong Ding du Fujian
Le nom de cet oolong vert fait référence à la montagne Dong Ding (Sommet gelé), berceau de la culture de l'oolong à Taïwan. Notre Dong Ding a cependant fait un aller-retour, puisqu'il est désormais élaboré artisanalement par un maître de thé taïwanais dans son berceau d'origine, le Fujian.
