Commission Your Own Bespoke Painting of Scotland
As a dedicated Scottish artist, I specialise in commissioned original artwork that authentically captures the distinctive mood, atmosphere, and light of Scotland’s breathtaking landscapes. Whether you are inspired by the rugged coastline of Skye, the mystical Hebridean Islands, or the tranquil lochs and glens, I am here to collaborate with you to create a truly unique piece of art that reflects your personal connection to these iconic scenes.
A Collaborative Process:
Your vision forms the foundation of every commission. Together, we will discuss and refine key elements such as colour palette, composition, and emotional tone to ensure the painting complements your interior and expresses the atmosphere you desire - be it the brooding skies over Sligachan, the gentle mist of a Highland morning, or the vibrant hues of a dramatic sunset. For inspiration, we can refer to my original piece, A Brooding Sligachan - Original Scottish Landscape Painting, part of the Skye Art Gallery Collection, or develop a completely new scene inspired by your own photographs and ideas.
Commission Details:
Each original painting typically takes approximately 4 weeks to complete, though I strive to accommodate tighter deadlines where possible. Your artwork will be painted on a premium deep-edge canvas measuring 3.8cm (1.5 inches) thick, ensuring a substantial presence whether displayed framed or unframed. Bespoke sizing options are available to suit your space perfectly. Additionally, professional framing services are offered at wholesale prices to provide a complete and polished finish - please get in touch for further details.
