Commission Your Own Bespoke Painting of Scotland
As a Scottish artist, I specialise in commissioned artwork that captures the unique mood and light of our landscapes. Whether inspired by the rugged highlands, serene lochs, or vibrant sunsets, my goal is to create a piece that resonates personally with you and your space. Let's work together to create a painting that is uniquely yours, reflecting your vision and the spirit of Scotland's natural beauty.
A Collaborative Process:
Your vision is at the heart of the commission. We will collaborate on the key elements of your painting, from adjusting the colour palette to harmonise perfectly with your interior decor, to capturing the evocative mood of a dramatic sunset or a misty morning. Drawing inspiration from my A Purple Sunset - Original Abstract Impressionistic Painting from the Abstract & Impressionistic Art Gallery Collection, we can either use this as a reference point or develop an entirely new scene based on your own ideas, memories, or photographs. This collaborative approach ensures that your bespoke painting is a true reflection of your personal taste and the atmosphere you wish to evoke.
Commission Details:
Each original painting typically takes around 4 weeks to complete, though I endeavour to accommodate tighter deadlines whenever possible. All artworks are created on high-quality, deep-edge canvases with a depth of 3.8cm (1.5 inches), ensuring a substantial presence on your wall. Bespoke sizes are available to perfectly fit your space, from intimate corners to expansive feature walls.
In addition to the painting itself, professional framing is available at wholesale prices, providing a polished finish that complements the artwork and your interior style. For further details or to discuss your commission, please get in touch. I am committed to delivering a seamless and enjoyable commissioning experience from start to finish.
About the Artwork – A Purple Sunset
A Purple Sunset exemplifies the fusion of abstract and impressionistic styles, capturing the fleeting and magical light of a Scottish sunset through bold brushstrokes and vibrant colour contrasts. This original painting belongs to the Abstract & Impressionistic Art Gallery Collection, representing a contemporary yet timeless approach to landscape art. Its rich purples and warm oranges evoke a sense of calm and wonder, making it a striking addition to any interior that values artistic expression and emotional depth.
