My Signature Framed Canvas | The Modern Floating Frame
Elevate your art collection with my signature Modern Floating Frame - a sophisticated presentation that perfectly complements the textured canvas. This display style creates a captivating three-dimensional effect, making the artwork appear to float elegantly within the solid wood frame. It’s a refined and contemporary way to showcase your favourite piece, designed to become a stunning focal point in any room.
This framing technique is inspired by high-end galleries worldwide, where the canvas is suspended just off the frame’s edge, casting a subtle shadow that adds depth and intrigue. It combines the tactile richness of the canvas with the sleek finish of premium woodworking for a truly impressive display.
Key Features of the Modern Floating Frame:
Minimalist Solid Wood Frame: Crafted from high-quality wood and measuring 38mm in depth, this frame sits slightly apart from the canvas edges, creating a distinctive floating illusion. It adds a tasteful, polished border that enhances the artwork’s presence without overwhelming it.
Premium Stretched Canvas: Inside the frame, the artwork is printed on artist-grade cotton canvas using my signature giclée method. The canvas is finished with clean white edges, giving a crisp, contemporary look.
100+ Year Colour Guarantee: Just like the unframed prints, the framed canvases feature fade-resistant archival inks, ensuring your artwork remains vivid and true for over a century.
Hand-Finished & Ready to Display: Professionally mounted within the floating frame by a UK-based specialist team, each piece arrives as a complete, ready-to-hang work of art, simplifying your décor experience.

My Signature Framed Canvas | The Modern Floating Frame
For me, this is the ultimate way to display my art on canvas. The floater frame is my personal recommendation for anyone wanting to create a true statement piece for their home. It combines the rich, textured presence of a stretched canvas with the refined elegance of a solid wood frame, creating a stunning, three-dimensional effect that I absolutely love.
The canvas appears to "float" within the outer frame, a sophisticated presentation style used by high-end art galleries around the world. It’s a beautifully finished, contemporary piece of wall art, designed to become the centrepiece of any room the moment it's hung.
Why I Believe This is the Ultimate Finish:
The Modern Floating Frame: I've chosen a minimalist, solid wood frame that sits just off the edge of the canvas. This creates a subtle shadow and the beautiful illusion that the artwork is suspended or floating. At a substantial 38mm deep, this frame adds a touch of gallery-level sophistication and provides a clean, polished edge to the artwork.
Premium Stretched Canvas: The artwork inside is my signature giclée canvas, printed on artist-grade cotton to capture the stunning clarity and detail of my original painting. Its clean white canvas edges sit neatly within the "float" space, adding depth and a crisp finish.
100+ Year Colour Guarantee: Just like all my fine art prints, this framed canvas is created using archival, fade-resistant inks. I’m proud to guarantee that the colours will remain rich, deep, and true for over a century.
Expertly Hand-Finished & Ready to Hang: The canvas is professionally mounted within the floater frame by a specialist team here in the UK. The entire piece arrives as a single, solid unit. It is a complete, finished work of art, ready for you to display.
