Sturdy Hand-Stretched Frames: Each canvas is expertly stretched over kiln-dried, knotless pine stretcher bars, guaranteeing a warp-free, taut surface that preserves the integrity of the artwork.
Ready to Hang: With pre-installed hanging hardware and gallery-wrapped edges, your canvas arrives complete and ready to transform your space immediately.
Elevate Your Art with The Modern Floating Frame
For those seeking a sophisticated presentation, our signature floating frame offers a refined way to showcase your canvas. The modern floating frame adds a three-dimensional elegance, creating the illusion that the artwork is suspended within a sleek, solid wood border. This style is widely appreciated in high-end galleries and is perfect for making a bold statement in your home or office.
The frame’s minimalist design and 38mm depth produce subtle shadows around the canvas, accentuating the artwork’s presence without overpowering it. This framing option not only protects your print but also enhances its aesthetic appeal, making it a truly captivating centrepiece.
Key Features of the Floating Frame:
Minimalist Solid Wood Frame: Crafted from premium wood, the frame’s clean lines and substantial depth create a sophisticated shadow gap, highlighting the canvas’s texture and colours.
Gallery-Wrapped Canvas Detail: The image continues around the edges of the canvas, visible within the frame’s float space, adding depth and visual interest from every angle.
Long-Lasting Colour Integrity: Like all River Clyde Art Gallery prints, the floating framed canvas uses archival inks guaranteed to stay vibrant for over a century.
Hand-Assembled & Ready to Display: Professionally framed in the UK, each piece arrives as a fully finished artwork, ready to hang and enjoy straight away.
Available Frame Finishes: Choose from Silver, Gold, Brown, Natural, White & Black to perfectly complement your décor.

My Signature Framed Canvas | The Modern Floating Frame
For me, this is the ultimate way to display my art on canvas. The floater frame is my personal recommendation for anyone wanting to create a true statement piece for their home. It combines the rich, textured presence of a gallery-wrapped canvas with the refined elegance of a solid wood frame, creating a stunning, three-dimensional effect that I absolutely love.
The canvas appears to "float" within the outer frame, a sophisticated presentation style used by high-end art galleries around the world. It’s a beautifully finished, contemporary piece of wall art, designed to become the centrepiece of any room the moment it's hung.
Why I Believe This is the Ultimate Finish:
The Modern Floating Frame: I've chosen a minimalist, solid wood frame that sits just off the edge of the canvas. This creates a subtle shadow and the beautiful illusion that the artwork is suspended or floating. At a substantial 38mm deep, this frame adds a touch of gallery-level sophistication and provides a clean, polished edge to the artwork.
Premium Gallery-Wrapped Canvas: The artwork inside is my signature giclée canvas, printed on artist-grade cotton to capture the stunning clarity and detail of my original painting. The image continues around the sides of the canvas, which you can see in the "float" space, adding depth and interest.
100+ Year Colour Guarantee: Just like all my fine art prints, this framed canvas is created using archival, fade-resistant inks. I’m proud to guarantee that the colours will remain rich, deep, and true for over a century.
Expertly Hand-Finished & Ready to Hang: The canvas is professionally mounted within the floater frame by a specialist team here in the UK. The entire piece arrives as a single, solid unit. It is a complete, finished work of art, ready for you to display.
